Attorney Brenda E. Weinberg is an experienced litigator and represents her clients in a broad array of matters involving “business divorces” between business partners and members, personal injury, breach of contract actions, construction and property rights, securities and investment fraud, employment, trade secret misappropriation, jury trials, and appeals.
Since graduating from University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2016 where she focused on litigation and trial practice, Brenda regularly appears to advocate for her clients in federal, state, and appellate courts for hearings, trials, and oral arguments. Prior to law school, she graduated from Vanderbilt University and served as stroke seat on the Vanderbilt Crew team and played clarinet with the Vanderbilt Wind Symphony.
Brenda is active in the legal and Greater Salt Lake communities with memberships in the Salt Lake County Bar Association, Women Lawyers of Utah, Utah State Bar Litigation Section Executive Committee, David K. Watkiss - Sutherland II Inn of Court, and the board of the Gina Bachauer International Piano Foundation.
While not practicing law, Brenda enjoys hiking the Wasatch Mountains with her dogs, skiing Utah’s many resorts with her friends, visiting her family back in Missouri, attending Utes football games, and rooting for the St. Louis Cardinals.
