Ms. Cravens is a former Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney and Senior Trial Counsel for the California State Bar. Ms. Cravens has tried over 35 jury trials including complex multi defendant felony cases involving kidnaping, carjacking, and weapons charges. As Senior Trial Counsel for the State Bar of California she litigated high profile and complex attorney discipline cases including working on a task force with the California Attorney General’s Office to take down a loan modification fraud scheme of over one million dollars. While in private practice Ms. Cravens was co-counsel defending a complex criminal case with charges of misappropriation of public funds, embezzlement, and tax fraud in Los Angeles Superior Court.
Ms. Cravens has trained prosecutors on their ethical duties and spoken at prosecutor training conferences. In 2015 Ms. Cravens was asked to be on the Orange County District Attorney’s jailhouse informant committee (IPPEC) to evaluate and make recommendations regarding the Orange County District Attorney’s Jailhouse Informant Policy.
Ms. Cravens is licensed in California, Kansas and Utah.
